If you are like us, you will more often than not be asking..."how many cups are in a pint?" Remember learning that in 4th grade? Vaguely somewhere in the recesses of our brains that information lies, however here it is in one place, should you need it and not have time to dig through worn out brain cells!


Dash = less than 1/8 teaspoon                              
1/2 tablespoon = 1 1/2 teaspoons                        
1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons                                   
1/8 cup = 2 tablespoons                                        
1/4 cup = 4 tablespoons                                        
1/3 cup = 5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon                
1/2 cup = 8 tablespoons
3/4 cup = 12 tablespoons
1 cup = 16 tablespoons
1 pint = 2 cups or 16 fluid ounces
1 quart = 4 cups or 2 pints or 32 fluid ounces
