Ingredients:
3-5 c. sweet potatoes, beaten
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1 c. light brown sugar (or 1/2 c.)
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. margarine/butter
1 c. nuts (we choose pecans)
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, uncovered.
